Shipping policy

Shipping:
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your location.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan.
• A minimum order value of PKR 999 is required for Cash on Delivery.
• Orders under PKR 999 must be prepaid using our online payment methods.

Exchange Policy:

• Time window: We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the request.
• Charges: Delivery charges for returning parcels are paid by the customer. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, courier charges are waived.
• Customer should ship the parcel to the provided warehouse address, or contact customer service for pickup availability.

Note: Please photograph the package and invoice before opening — this helps resolve complaints for incorrect or damaged items.

Return Policy:
Hijabera does not offer returns. However, we can assist with an exchange — please refer to the Exchange Policy above.

Non-returnable items:

• Hijabs or accessories with signs of use.
• Sale or discounted items.
