SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping:
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your location.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan.
• A minimum order value of PKR 999 is required for Cash on Delivery.
• Orders under PKR 999 must be prepaid using our online payment methods.

Exchange Policy:

• Time window: We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is usually required to process the request.
• Charges: The delivery charges for returning parcels will be paid by the customers. In case of damaged or incorrect article, you won't have to pay courier charges.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

Return Policy:

Hijabera does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.

Non-returnable items:

• Hijabs or accessories with signs of use.
• Sale or discounted items.
